How to order

1. Product availability

We do our best to keep the stock always up to date with real availability as indicated on the website, but there may occasionally be cases of discrepancy between the items displayed and the availability in stock. Once received the order we will immediately check the availability of the products, and in case of changes we will inform you of restock times and how to modify or complete the order, always at the discretion of the customer.

The symbol of the bell next to a product indicates a low stock or a temporary unavailability, in the product sheet is also indicated the indicative restock time for the return of the product. Registered users can keep updated on the return of the product by clicking the bell, subscribing to the dedicated newsletter. 

Temporarily unavailable items can still be ordered, we will immediately order the missing items from our distributors and ship orders containing these items as soon as they are back in stock, compatible with the time of receipt and delivery of our suppliers.


2. Special orders

All products displayed on the website of Ars Manufactorea represent the catalog that we can normally acquire through our distributors, but there may be particular items (eg: web exclusives of the respective brands) that we can acquire without problems but which are currently not directly available on our website. To know the possible availability to obtain them and relative times of arrival you can contact us by e-mail or through our contact form.


3. Games Workshop Mail Orders

Games Workshop Mail Orders are products exclusive to the Games Workshop website. We can order these articles for you in about 2 weeks (subject to availability at Games Workshop) and at a discount of 10%. Some Mail Orders are already available for purchase on our website, for those you can't find you can add them to your order through the order notes form, during checkout, or by requesting them via e-mail. In case of addition of special products, temporarily unavailable items, Mail Order or pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped when said products are in stock.


4. Ordering process

There are two ways to place orders on the website:

  • Register on the website, and then login with your e-mail and password: this procedure, which is completely free, allows you to create an account on the website and grants you access to your personal area, which includes options such as saving your shipping addresses, access to the history of your orders, saving the products left in your cart during previous visits and the creation of your own wish list.
  • Identify yourself as a Guest: it is not necessary to create an account to make purchases on Ars Manufactorea! You can simply put the products in the cart, complete the order and select "Guest" during the checkout.

If you have a Facebook account, you can register on the website directly through your account on the social network, by selecting "Login with Facebook" when requested during checkout or during the account registration procedure on Ars Manufactorea.

To place an order, simply insert the products in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon of each product. When you are ready and you have completed the selection of the products you want to order, click on "Complete your order", in the message that appears each time you click on the cart symbol associated with a product, or select your cart and click on "Go to checkout. " In the cart you can also change the quantity associated with each product.

While in the checkout page you can decide how to pay, enter your shipping details, use Gift Cards and discount vouchers and add any special notes to the order. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Paypal / Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Postagiro (for Bancoposta account holders)
  • Cash on Delivery (Italian shipments only)
  • Postepay


To submit your order definitively, click on "Confirm Order". At this point if you have chosen the method of payment credit card/ Paypal will open a window to finalize the payment of the order.


WARNING! Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified in any way, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped. It is not possible to add products to orders already placed and in list for shipping.


When the order is placed the summary of the products ordered, including discount and shipping, will be sent immediately and automatically to the email address entered at the checkout stage. The email also contains and all the data to complete the payment if you have chosen a payment method other than Paypal or credit card. All orders not paid within 3 working days will be automatically cancelled.

Once we have reviewed the order, if there are no variations due to problems with the availability of the items, and received the payment credit we will send the goods with the first useful movement of our express courier. Please remember that in case of additions of special products, temporarily unavailable items, Mail Orders or pre-order items the entire order will be shipped when said products are in stock, no split shipments will be made.

5. Save for Later

The Save for Later option allows you to reserve the desired items, pay the order and and temporarily set the products aside, in anticipation of a future shipment. It is possible to reserve all the orders you want, they will be sent in a cumulative form the first time you choose a shipping method other than reservation at checkout, or by prior communication via e-mail once the shipping fees have been paid. Confirming the cumulative shipment in the order notes form is always recommended. 

Please note that if you wish to take advantage of this service no cash-on-delivery option is available, except for the last order made before the cumulative shipment.

All orders Saved for Later and not paid within 3 working days will be automatically canceled.

Please be aware that as previously stated we can't make changes to orders already prepared for shipping. The Save for Later option CAN'T be used to add products to an order already closed and/or in list for shipping when the shipping cost has already been charged, even though the package has not been shipped yet.
